Teleperformance USA is looking for a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist in our Fargo, ND office.
The Technical Specialist assists with all aspects of office technology and conducts troubleshooting, problem solving, installation, maintenance, back-ups, and upgrades of all technical equipment.
Working knowledge of Networks and Communications Systems, required.
Knowledge of Windows 7, 8 and 10, required.
Knowledge of Windows 2012 Server and Active Directory, preferred
Knowledge of basic Networking Concepts and troubleshooting A+ Certification, CCENT, MCSA, preferred
Completed or partial schooling in technology-related field
Act as the primary technical support contact for assigned Contact Center
Ensure all associates have correct technical requirements to proceed in their roles
Maintain and monitor the up keep of company owned equipment ensuring a smooth and efficient operational flow
Maintain network PC’s and printers per established guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of technical equipment and software.
Maintain seating chart
Troubleshoot technical issues
Assist in determining current and future technical equipment needs
Coordinate vendor access to equipment as needed
Maintain and monitor all CRS equipment
Maintain CRS software including but not limited to users, files and scripts
Communicate changes and enhancements as appropriate. Train users as needed
Daily Telecomm maintenance of phones, headsets and backups
Be available for a rotating on call schedule with other IT Help Desks
