Director of IDC Customer Service Department

Job Description:

Maintains the customer service department, making sure the department is functional and operational on a consistent basis; provide training to new customer service staff
Provide guidance and directions to customer service staff on how to receive or handle customers’ questions and concerns
Mediate between different departments to have efficient working conditions
Check on customers for their feedback of the service provided to them
Workplace: Herndon, VA

Personal Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above
Completed computer science degree/ or 3+ years of computer usage or IT related areas of experience or expertise
Familiar with network protocol, network structure and other applications
Familiar with Windows, centos, and tbuntn systems
Has team management abilities and provide overall coordination between the teams
Must have background/experience as a operation system engineer or network operation engineer (Ops/ DevOps)
