岗位名称:新媒体运营

岗位职责

有较强的文字功底,熟悉各类新媒体平台运营规则、运营方式;
官方账号的日常运营,负责日常活动的策划、文案撰写,围绕宣传目标,在新媒体平台输出高质量内容。
了解分析目标用户阅读行为习惯,通过分平台精细化内容运营,对用户达到品牌的曝光、拉新促活、提升用户复购频次等目的;
社群运营与管理,深度接触用户、了解用户需求和产品使用意愿,根据用户资源来优化内容和活动,为公司培养更多有高粘性用户;
配合活动营销方案的推广落地,有较强数据化思维,目标感明确;
清晰洞察行业趋势,对动向追踪并并反馈。
岗位要求:

本科及以上学历,marketing /social media/ Journalism专业背景优先考虑
2年及以上市场营销/新媒体相关工作经验优先考虑
沟通能力好,逻辑强,有较好的洽谈和文字能力
学习能力与自驱能力强,具备良好的抗压能力
积极创新,有开拓精神,乐于面对挑战,有团队精神,有责任心

Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Have strong writing skills, and be familiar with the operating rules and methods of various new media platforms;
The daily operation of the official account, responsible for the planning and copywriting of daily activities, and output high-quality content on the new media platform around the promotion goal.
Understand and analyze the reading behavior habits of target users, and refine content operations through sub-platforms to achieve brand exposure to users, promote new updates, and increase user repurchase frequency;
Community operation and management, in-depth contact with users, understanding of user needs and product use intentions, optimizing content and activities based on user resources, and cultivating more highly sticky users for the company;
Cooperate with the promotion and landing of the event marketing plan, have a strong data-based thinking, and a clear sense of purpose;
Clear insight into industry trends, track and feedback on trends.
Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above, professional background in marketing /social media/Journalism is preferred
2 years and above marketing/new media related work experience is preferred
Good communication skills, strong logic, good negotiation and writing skills
Strong learning ability and self-driving ability, with good stress resistance
Actively innovate, have a pioneering spirit, are willing to face challenges, have a team spirit, and have a sense of responsibility
