POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR and Payroll Coordinator handles all payroll related functions of a company or organization.

The HR/CSR is responsible for the management of personal assistants for the company. The
HR/CSR is also responsible for processing time-sheets, ensuring that employees are in compliance and in making sure employee records are current and organized. The HR/CSR is also responsible for the employees for the training program. We will train.

This includes processing payroll, taxation forms and benefits, as well as maintaining employee data, handling payroll questions and completing any other tasks necessary for monitoring and overseeing a company payroll process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 High School Graduate with some College or business education preferred.
 1 year payroll experience
 Knowledge of payroll processing software applications
 Good telephone, organizational, typing and communication skills necessary. Ability to maintain
accurate schedules, notes and records.
 Computer (Good) literate, Good interpersonal skills.
 Ability to perform in a demanding and busy environment
 Proficient in computer applications or other automated systems (Eg: Spreadsheets, Outlook, etc.).
 Result-Driven.
