Responsibility

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Review cancelation and renewal lists on a weekly basis to ensure retention and profitability. Share responsibilities of answering the phone. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES
Self-motivated, Detail oriented, communication skills, ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written language skills, pleasant telephone voice Customer Service Skills. Able to handle difficult situations, establish rapport easily Computer Skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office
