Responsibilities:
- Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business via phone/email
- Develop strong, authentic, and ongoing relationships with main customers in support of key account management
- Active and timely follow up on potential business lists
- Record and communicate customers and prospects feedback to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects, and execute follow-up sequence
- Represent the company in a positive light

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Mastery in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity and resolve
