Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders throughout the order fulfillment cycle
- Update and maintain customer data
- Perform research and analysis of customer needs
- Identify opportunities based on market trends and sales data
- Collaborate with other teams to coordinate customer logistics solutions
Qualifications:
- Knowledge in transforming large datasets into insights using Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and abilities to handle large datasets accurately
- Work well independently and with a group
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Math, Accounting, or related majors preferred
- Familiarity with SQL, R, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus
