Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with all aspects of our service via Wechat and email, with a primary focus on customer satisfaction
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers to instill customer loyalty and create referrals
  • Champion customer needs internally by providing feedback and communicating customer needs to internal stakeholders
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
  • Work well both independently and with a team, with effective time management and resource management skills

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent people skills: must be empathetic, patient and confident
  • Strong communicator in both written and verbal form
  • Mandarin is a must, other language is a plus
  • An efficient and effective problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills and troubleshooting abilities
  • Be ready for weekend shift
  • Strong attention to detail while multitasking in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
