Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with all aspects of our service via Wechat and email, with a primary focus on customer satisfaction
- Develop lasting relationships with customers to instill customer loyalty and create referrals
- Champion customer needs internally by providing feedback and communicating customer needs to internal stakeholders
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Work well both independently and with a team, with effective time management and resource management skills
Qualifications:
- Excellent people skills: must be empathetic, patient and confident
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal form
- Mandarin is a must, other language is a plus
- An efficient and effective problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills and troubleshooting abilities
- Be ready for weekend shift
- Strong attention to detail while multitasking in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
