About the job
We are currently looking to fill an Administrative Assistant position. This individual will work, assist, and collaborate with the entire team. The
candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operational excellence of the firm including supporting the investment team, client services, day
to day office management and performing other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the executive team
Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding to on board new clients
Anticipate client needs and expectations when delivering services
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
Responsible for answering phones
Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Qualifications Experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Familiar with online applications (i.e CRM tools, website management, social media, etc.)
Meticulous – Great attention to details
Hard working, with professional drive and desire to learn
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Curious, with a proven history of quickly learning new processes and workflows
High level of reliability
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively navigate relationships at various levels
Ability to multitask
Self-motivated independent team player
Sales/client relation management experience preferred
Bachelor Degree preferred
