CSUN Operation Director

Job Description:
1. Market analysis: Collect and analyze market information, grasp market dynamics, conduct a comprehensive analysis of the market, and provide market basis for making marketing work plans at various stages;
2. Marketing planning: Making product pricing strategies and pricing; Set product marketing strategies, formulate and adjust project promotion strategies and plans, and promote and implement, actively expand the market, develop sales channels; Make fund withdrawal plan, collect, analyze and summarize market feedback information;
3. Sales management: Formulated and implemented annual and monthly sales targets and plans; Business negotiation and contract signing of key sales projects; Timely complete the payment collection task, achieve the annual and monthly payment collection target; Prepare sales report and ledger, follow up and report sales target and completion of planned task;
4. Order management: Organize the review of sales orders to ensure that the actual production capacity meets the order delivery requirements; Follow up and receive order execution information, and timely feedback to customers;
5. Customer management: established customer system, maintained the market in the later stage, and established long-term and effective cooperative relations with customers; Provide guidance on product design from the perspective of sales and customer needs.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, more than 8 years of relevant working experience, more than 5 years of photovoltaic sales management experience;
2. Experience in pv module sales is preferred;
3. Strong customer orientation, timely solving all kinds of problems in the sales process;
4. Good project management experience and good business negotiation skills;
5. Good command of English and good financial knowledge;
6. Strong sense of responsibility and success.

2、营销策划:制定产品价格策略并定价;设定产品营销策略,制定和调整项目推广策略和方案,并推广实施,积极开拓市场,开发销售渠道;制定资金回笼计划,收集、分析、汇总市场反馈信息;
3、销售管理:制定与执行年度、月度销售目标和计划;重点销售项目的商务谈判和合同签署;及时完成回款任务,实现年度、月度回款工作目标;编制销售报表、台账,跟进、上报销售目标和计划任务完成情况;
4、订单管理:组织销售订单评审,确保实际产能满足订单交付要求;跟进、接收订单执行信息,并向客户及时反馈;
5、客户管理:建立客户系统,后期市场的维护,跟客户建立长期有效的合作关系;从销售和客户需求的角度,对产品设计提出指导性建议。

任职资格:
1、本科学历,8年以上相关工作经验,5年以上的光伏销售管理经验;
2、光伏行业组件销售工作经验优先;
3、强烈的客户导向,及时解决销售过程的各种问题;
4、良好的项目管理经验,良好的商务谈判能力;
5、良好的英语运用能力,良好的财务知识;
6、有强烈的责任感和成功意识。
