MayTech is a independent, employee-owned investment firm that manages global growth equity portfolios. We have a deep research culture, with portfolio managers investing globally on average for more than twenty years. Based in New York City, MayTech has a diverse group of institutional and individual investor clients.

MayTech is currently looking to fill a Part Time Operations Assistant position, with the potential of it becoming full time. This individual will work, assist, and collaborate with the entire team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the operational excellence of the firm including supporting the investment team, operations, compliance and performing other administrative tasks.


  • Provide administrative support to the executive team
  • Develop and maintain knowledge and understanding about executives’ work and priorities to anticipate needs
  • Work alongside the Chief Compliance Officer assisting in reports generation, due diligence processes and performing a variety of other duties as needed
  • Help on-boarding new clients
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Responsible for answering phones
  • Manage client support and liaise with brokers
  • Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment


  • Experience in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Familiar with online applications (i.e CRM tools, website management, social media, etc.)
  • Hard working, with professional drive and desire to learn
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Curious, with a proven history of quickly learning new processes and workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of reliability
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively navigate relationships at various levels
  • Ability to multitask
  • Sales/client relation management experience preferred
  • Self-motivated independent team player
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
