Bilin Academy is a Chicago based online classes business looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and monitor and assist online classes. For this role, a stable Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools, like Zoom, Slack, Wechat.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Bilingual in Chinese and English is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Supervise online classes
Provide customer service when needed
Social Media management
Respond to emails and make phone calls
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize google files
Perform market research
Create presentations, posters, as assigned
Work from home, about 10hrs/week, $15/hr
