JOB PURPOSE: The Accounting & Finance Associate is responsible for supporting accounting & finance manager/department in expenses, cash flows, financial assets and debts management, as well as in charge of monthly & annual closing and preparing & analyzing financial reports.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Account Payables
● Data entry for invoice, general corporate card, and personal reimbursement expenses
● Review and verify all invoices for proper documentation, budget, and approval
● Review and verify employee credit card spending and reimbursement for proper
documentation, budget and approval
● Communicate with vendors & affiliates regarding payables, bill-back, and reconcile account
balance
● Create and maintain vendor profile & documents
● Maintain hard and soft copies of Accounting & A/P documents

2. Accounting
● Monthly and annual closing without much guidance
● Reconciliate month end/year end account balance
● Prepare month end/year end financial report/schedule
● Prepare & analyze monthly/annual PL and BS
● Budgeting and budget control
● Analyze & forecast Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
● HQ reporting: quarterly IFRS & Full pack

3. Finance
● Monitor daily cash balance, daily payment clearing, daily cash flow (TMS)
● Monitor company financial assets & debts (TMS)
● Prepare cash flow statement and cash flow forecasting (TMS)
● Program administrator for corps credit card program
● Prepare and analyze crop credit card spending
● HQ reporting: Monthly TMS & Full pack

4. Other Duties
● Interim and year end audit● Maintain & file variable corporate, business & tax documents
● Assist in creating A/P work manual
● Assist in expense approval process and regulations
● Assist manager in various projects

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
● 3 years of account payable, accounting and finance experience
● Experience with accounting & bookkeeping software
● Advance in general ledger systems and procedures, and Chart of accounts
● Advance in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
● Strong analytical and strategic skills
● Strong communication, presentation and organization skills
● Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines required
● Must be detail-oriented and self-manage

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

● 2 years of Accounting experience in food manufacturing
● Experience Microsoft Dynamic Navigation (NAV)
● Experience with internal audit
● Experience with intercompany transaction and consolidate financial reporting
