Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting functions for the corporate and fund entities, including but not limited to bank reconciliations, process journal entries, account receivable & payable, travel expense reimbursement, cash processing, payrolls and supporting financial schedules
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for funds and corporate entities
  • Consolidate financial statements and communicate financial performance to management
  • Prepare fund investors P&L allocations and fee calculations
  • Perform budget preparation and analysis
  • Coordinate and support for annual tax returns filing
  • Act as the liaison outside service providers (servicers, banks, tax consultants and payrolls)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, majoring in accounting
  • 1-2 years of work experience at private equity firms or other financial service firms preferred
  • Interests in real estate private equity fund
  • Must possess an exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Must possess commitment to professionalism and communicability
  • Office: Midtown Manhattan
